Magazine Media Partnership

The Big Fake Wedding aims to promote small businesses, to inspire brides and to encourage solid marriages, and as we move into new cities, we are looking to partner with local magazines that will help us accomplish these goals.

A Big Fake Wedding Magazine Media Partner receives:

  • the opportunity to hand out magazines at the event in “The Tunnel of Love”. During the reception portion of the evening, we open “The Tunnel of Love” as a way for guests to meet participating vendors and to collect goodies and marketing collateral. Media partners are provided with a table as well if they wish to offer a raffle or giveaway or to display any marketing materials.
  • an invitation to The Cocktail Hour, a networking event we host that gives participating vendors a chance to meet one another before the event.
  • branding on TheBigFakeWedding.com. We will include your logo link on our website as well as offering support via our social media outlets.
  • tickets to the event (hey, free dinner and dancing)!

A Big Fake Wedding Magazine Media Partner provides:

  • an ad for The Big Fake Wedding in the publication leading up to the event.
  • advertising support via their blog, Facebook and/or Twitter.
  • editorial consideration for the photos from the event for a possible feature in the publication following the event.
  • suggestions for venues and vendors in the city that might be a good fit for The Big Fake Wedding (we would love to include your advertisers whenever possible!)

Sweet Words

“For any special event/wedding related media, it’s a constant race to find the brightest talent and freshest content to share with readers. It was my experience with The Big Fake Wedding to find both of those things each year that I had the opportunity to work with Callie and Michal. Not only could I sigh a breath of editorial relief, but the character and quality of leadership and participants at The Big Fake Wedding consistently exceeded my expectations. Five stars for The Big Fake Wedding!” – Callie Rogers, former editor-in-chief of Occasions Magazine

“I don’t think words can express my gratitude for The Big Fake Wedding. Three years ago, I was a newbie in the wedding industry without many contacts, and taking part in such a great event exposed me to so many wonderful vendors and brides.” – Emily Newman, editor of OnceWed

“The Big Fake Wedding always brings together the most fabulous vendors who have their finger on the pulse of all the cutting-edge wedding trends of the season. They are always the tastemakers and trendsetters of the wedding industry!” – Phebe Wahl, Editor-in-Chief of The Atlantan Brides

“The Big Fake Wedding is the end-all-be-all of wedding events” – Style Me Pretty

“Thank you so much for putting on a wonderful event last night. Jessica and I had a great time and interacted with so many brides and vendors. It didn’t even feel like work for us. You all did an amazing job planning the event and making the space look incredible. We were inspired so we know brides must have been too!” – Jennifer Rea, Associate Publisher at Exquisite Weddings
