Thank you so much for joining us as a media partner for The Big Fake Wedding. The page below should offer all of the resources you may need for the event, but please feel free to reach out to our Marketing Director, Abigail (abigail@thebigfakewedding.com), with any questions.

If you will be attending an event, final details concerning parking, the schedule, etc. will be sent to you around two weeks before the event.

Shipping + Quantities

If you are delivering magazines, we ask for a quantity of ONLY 50-75. These will be displayed in The Magazine Library so that guests may choose what they would like to take home. Please do not send more than this amount. You are welcome to bring more magazines to give away at your table if you would like.
If you are sending coupons or gifts for the swag bags, please send a quantity of 150 for swag bag inclusion, or bring 75 if you plan to hand them out at your table.
The Shipping Schedule and Addresses may be found here. Please check this closer to the date to ensure that no changes have been made.
You are also welcome (and encouraged) to instead deliver your magazines to The Cocktail Hour, which is the vendor networking meet-up usually the day before the event.

Important Links

If you have ticket giveaway winners or brides that you would like to register, they can email abigail@thebigfakewedding.com, and we will have tickets sent their way.
If you have staff that would like to attend, they can email abigail@thebigfakewedding.com and we will get media passes sent their way.

Inspiration Boards for each event may be viewed, downloaded and shared with your post using this link.

Event Attendance

If a table in The Tunnel of Love was included in your partnership agreement, you can expect to receive a 30-36″ round highboy table. We ask that you please provide your own linen. You can follow this link to learn more about The Tunnel of Love.
If you prefer to just attend and mingle at the event and forego the table, that is totally fine! Please just let us know your preference.
