Local Liaison Agreement
What It Means to be a Local Liaison
Leading up to the Event
Recruit, recruit, recruit! We need:
Guests: Find friends, engaged couples, wedding influencers and anyone that might benefit from coming to the event.
Party Starters: We would love for you to recruit a few fun people to attend. These people don’t have to be engaged, but they do have to be fun. They need to be prepared to dance the night away!
Brand Ambassadors: Find well-networked people that can help sell tickets and assist at the event. They can apply here.
You may also be asked to conduct a site visit, depending on the venue and timing.
Event Day
- On the day of the event, please plan on being available to work from 9 a.m.- 9 p.m. Arrive on time and come prepared to work! Since you will help set-up, wear comfy shoes and clothes that you are able to move around in.
- Your job will be a mix of “manning” the vendor check-in table (greeting every vendor), stuffing swag bags and assisting Production Manager with setup and smooth vendor load in.
- You’ll also assist our marketing team by taking pictures of all finished tables with their table numbers and uploading them to a group text that’ll be created the day of the event (Production Manager will delegate).
Think you’re up for the challenge? Join the party!
