After being set up by his sister on a date in high school (!), Jessica and Mike fell for each other — hard. They went off to college in Wyoming and shortly thereafter, got engaged. As they were planning their wedding, Mike was notified that he was being sent to boot camp earlier than anticipated. The wedding was rescheduled, the planning process was put on hold, airline itineraries were changed — but Jessica and Mike remained as solid as ever. Absence really did make the heart grow fonder, as the pair finally wed a mere two days after Mike returned.

We both agree the privilege to be called Mom and Dad by two awesome boys is the best gift we could have ever given.

We are a great team. After moving so much we know we always can depend on one another.
What advice would you give to an engaged couple?
Don’t dwell on arguments. Make your partner smile as much as you can.
