Located in Arlington, Texas, Unique Catering’s menu appeals to an international palette, from home cooking to Cajun, Italian, Middle Eastern, and has prepared unique dishes from the Caribbean Islands to the African Continent while accommodating vegetarian and vegan guests.
Owner and operator Donna Sellers is the driving force behind Unique Catering, learning to cook from her Middle Eastern Grandfather and later her Cajun, Mother-In-Law. She also picked up on Italian and French cuisine from world-renowned restaurants, recreating complicated entrées in her home kitchen through trial and error while living in New Orleans.
