Scott Fitzgerald said it best: “Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” Inspired by two childhood sweethearts, our team left The Big Fake {Micro} Wedding Austin with a refreshed spirit and some autumn nostalgia. The charm of Wimberly, Texas combined with The Ivory Oak’s modern design created a memorable backdrop for our vendors. Situated on ten acres, the property had multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing guests to truly experience the magic that is Texas Hill Country. Sprinkle in beer burros, mini canoe centerpieces and a fun-loving couple who reminded us why we began our small business, this event was truly something special. Meet the Featured Couple
Sara and Tanner met through a mutual friend while Tanner was living in Colorado and Sara was in Kansas City. As cliché as it sounds, the saying “when you know, you know,” is pretty fitting for them. They met, dated, got engaged and were married within 11 months. Five years, a move to Texas and two babies later, they wouldn’t have changed a thing!
