Tim and Amy Pile are the perfect couple to represent our 1st Wichita NotWedding event. With their sense of adventure, patience and genuine love for each other, they exude part of the mission of the NotWedding to promote healthy marriages. They tied the knot June 15, 2012 with family and friends surrounding them. Amy made all of their wedding flowers out of fabric and combined industrial and modern designs to achieve her dream wedding.
The majority of Kansas engagement shoots are taken in a wheat field, which is what one thinks about most when they hear “Kansas”. We wanted to kick it up a notch and show the hidden beauty of Kansas that you find in the Flint Hills. The gorgeous green prairie landscape with stunning wild flowers, the bluest of skies, limestone buildings and the peaceful surroundings paint the perfect picture of the Kansas heritage and make for some pretty unique, memorable Save-The-Date/engagement photos. It is also the perfect place for adventure with all the windy, dirt roads that lead to the middle of nowhere!
