A few weeks ago, we pulled off The 1st New York City NotWedding! It was a hit from start to finish –Brides were inspired, marriage was celebrated, and vendors put on marvelous display. Now we’d like to share the experience here on our blog:
We started out with an eye-grabbing inspiration board, filled with rich jewel-tones that evoke an atypical romantic feel that inspires brides to step out of the pastel box.
With this royal vision in mind, vendors set to the task of crafting their wares — making invitations, choosing dresses and shoes, creating makeup palettes and designing the event spaces…Hours of work were poured passionately in until, well, you’ll see what we mean once you start scrolling.
We had three amazing photographers covering the event: Jean Spencer Photography, Authentic Photo, & Jessica Oh! Photography. They posted the view from behind the lens on their blogs, so you can click those links and keep getting your photo fix. We also had the team at NST Pictures on hand to produce an incredible same-day edit at the reception and a highlight video, which you can view below.
