If you’ve ever wondered who keeps up with all the moving parts that is The Big Fake Wedding meet our incredible Director of Operations, Jennifer. Her addition to The Big Fake Wedding Fam really started back when we threw her a surprise wedding… yes, you read that correctly. Our amazing CEO, Callie, along with our network of talented vendors pulled off the most memorable day for Jennifer as she and her husband said “I Do” before heading abroad to Tokyo, Japan for the next year and a half! Jennifer just moved back home to Atlanta and we can’t wait to have her contagious smile and positive energy back in the office with this week! Get to know little bit more about this incredible human in the highlight below.
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I was born and raised in good ole’ South Carolina alongside my two brothers. I attended Clemson University, “Go Tigers!” and since graduation day, it seems I have been moving and traveling with the never ending itch to see more. My most recent adventure was with my husband as we picked up our life and moved to Tokyo, Japan for a year and a half. Which is really what brought me even closer to The Big Fake Wedding!

Helplessly optimistic, surprisingly adventurous, mostly predictable, corny and loyal.
If you could have one superpower what would it be and how would you use it?
If I could have one superpower, it would be the ability to sometimes speed up but mostly SLOW down time. Or maybe even rewind time briefly? Who wouldn’t love to make that one week beach vacation feel like it’s lasting forever?! 😉
What makes you the happiest?
The month of October makes me the happiest. Call me crazy, but it’s my favorite month! I love the cool breeze, warm boots, friends around the fire pit, hot cups of cider and the smell of pumpkin spice in the air!
In your opinion, what makes The Big Fake Wedding different from other companies?
The Big Fake Wedding is different from other companies because of the heart behind it. It all stems from our CEO, but the whole team truly believes in making our events a place for small businesses to grow and Brides to find inspiration for their perfect day. We want our events to stem from lasting love and new friendships and I think that shows in the way we conduct ourselves and the relationships we have built. I am so thankful to work with these girls!
