The staff is genuine, friendly and is always willing to go above and beyond to meet a client’s needs. How do you do it all and do it so well?
We have a superior team starting with the owners to the maintenance staff. We have the most professional and dedicated staff that I have ever worked with. Our staff is amazing. They are so genuine, friendly and accommodating – they get mentioned in every review that is written about The Chicory. We also pride ourselves on organization, details and putting the client’s needs at the forefront of everything. We believe communication is key not only with the client but internally as well.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I love getting reviews! We receive so many thank you notes, thoughtful gifts and amazing reviews from all of our clients. I love knowing that all the extra hours and hard work is worth it. I also love when we get referrals – they are huge in this business, especially in New Orleans. We are a big, little city – it’s a one degree of separation kind of city. If someone hasn’t been here, they know someone who has and they always praise what we do.
What’s the biggest risk you’ve taken?
LOL – borrowing millions of dollars and hoping people would come. We’ve come such a long way in such a short amount of time. It was a big risk opening this business and we knew we would be a success but we never knew we would reach this level and we keep climbing! It really is about learning from the past, continuing education and always being innovative and setting/creating the standards – not trying to keep up with them.
What is your favorite part of The Big Fake Wedding experience?
My favorite part is the whimsical vibe in the air the day of the event! The people involved and running the event are so excited that you can’t help but be excited yourself. I love new ideas and to see things that have never been done in The Chicory.
