Who or what inspires you?
I am inspired by life and love. I am a firm believer of living in the moment and cherishing the little things. My inspiration sparks from the way two people in love look at each other, sentimental details, beautiful colors, and the true emotions that I capture at each wedding.
Why photography?
I have always been into drawing, painting, and other art mediums since third grade. My freshmen year in college, I took a film class as an elective. My whole semester turned developing beautiful black and white prints in the dark room. After changing my college major to graphic design & photography, one thing lead into another. I have now been a full time wedding photographer for four years. I consider myself very blessed to wake up every day with a job that I am so passionate about. I feel like I never work a day in my life.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is waking up with a hot cup of coffee (always in a cute mug to match my mood, of course!) and editing gorgeous wedding photos. Seeing these memories come to life through photographs is something I am lucky enough to witness every day. I love to express my creativity and deliver a beautiful, meaningful final product to my brides and grooms.
What is your favorite part of The Big Fake Wedding experience?
My favorite part of The Big Fake Wedding was to photograph the amazing work of so many talented vendors. I LOVE to see the beautiful hairstyles, dresses, tablescapes, delicious goodies, and calligraphy. I also loved mingling with the excited brides-to-be!
