The matron of wedding etiquette, Emily Post, says “Manner is personality—the outward manifestation of one’s innate character and attitude toward life.” And y’all, does New Orleans have character! This garden, this fabulous gold tablecloth, these ridiculously amazing florals and that signature cocktail…your guests might never leave.
New Orleans photographer, GK Photography, collaborated with some pretty talented vendors to host an al fresco post-wedding farewell brunch. Such a perfect way to continue the wedding weekend festivities and send your guests off in style. This lively and colorful event makes us even more excited for the very first New Orleans NotWedding. Valerie of Sapphire Events shares some of her thoughts on the creative inspiration behind the styled shoot below.

“Even as the confetti has settled on a successful wedding celebration, the festivities are still not over! Here we have a farewell brunch featuring breakfast in a lush garden environment, complete with cajun Bloody Marys and plenty of vitamin D. Styled by Sapphire Events, we have two resort-wear looks that the bride could don as she makes her way to say final goodbyes before hopping on a jet to a tropical honeymoon destination with her groom!”
