To make the Spiced Cider Mule, add 1 1/2 cups of vodka and serve over crushed ice. There you have two drinks options for the work of one. Let’s keep up the momentum and talk mimosas!

Cherry Pom Champagne

Okay, let’s finish off the year strong, and when we say strong we mean bubbly! For the finale we bring you: Cherry Pom Champagne!

First, make your simple syrup. Using a small pot on medium to high heat, add the cherries, pomegranate juice, sugar and water. Smash and stir the cherries so the juice is added to the mixture. Then, bring the mixture to a boil until it thickens (more syrup less sauce). Strain into a container and chill in the fridge.

Once cooled, add about two tablespoons of chilled simple syrup to the bottom of your champagne flute, top with champagne and garnish with cherries and pomegranate seeds.

And of course if you want to add a little bling to the occasion, before adding the syrup to the glass, rim the glass with golden sugar or sprinkles!
