We all wanted to hop on a plane to Cuba for this event and sing Camila Cabello at the top of our lungs, but since we couldn’t make it in time, The Casino San Clemente was the very best alternative. Our vendors spared no expense to bring exotic and worldly details to The Big Fake Wedding Orange County! Now let me introduce you to Lindsay and Jonathan, the lovebirds, who renewed their vows at The Big Fake Wedding Orange County! These two met at Vanguard University in the fall of 2015. Jonathan was working at the admissions office while Lindsay worked in the diversity and inclusion department. While on a yearly retreat hosted by Vanguard, they had their first conversation and two weeks later, started dating! A few years pass and Jonathan knew Lindsay was the one for him, so he started saving up for a ring by working two jobs while attending grad school (talk about A LOT on his plate). One Friday evening, Lindsay told him he didn’t need to worry about getting a diamond ring because she would be happy with another alternative, not knowing he was proposing a couple days later. Jonathan surprised Lindsay by proposing that Sunday with a ring he had already picked out for her!
