JP and Jennifer are Fort Worth natives who met and fell in love straight out of high school. They dated long distance for two and a half years before JP proposed on Christmas Day, surrounded by their families. Married at the young ages of 23 and 21, they have now been married for 11 years. They have three children: Jackson, Ella, and Peyton, who fill their hearts and home with all the love and joy one could know.
We are so excited to celebrate these two at The Big Fake Wedding Dallas tonight at The Venue at Waterstone! We hope to see you there!
What inspires you about each other?
From her: JP is the perfect picture of what it looks like to lay down your life for one another. He serves me, prefers me, pursues me, and loves me despite my broken places. He’s my forever crush and my very best friend!
From him: Jennifer is the bomb. She the total picture and description of a Proverbs 31 woman. She has character, works hard, loves everyone, her timing is impeccable, she has my favorite laugh, is always busy, and she is an incredible mother to our 3 children. She is full of joy, kindness, and gentleness. There are so many peaks and valleys in a marriage and I have loved standing on the mountaintops with her and sometimes having to crawl through the valleys. When God gave me her, he completely blessed me and made me the luckiest guy.
What was the absolute best memory from your wedding day?
Do we have to pick just one? Being pronounced husband and wife! We’d waited a long time for that moment! And also being with all of our favorite people! It’s a beautiful thing to look up and know that you’re surrounded by all of the people that know you and love you most.
