Seattle, we’ve got a crush on you. As if the sights, sounds, and tastes weren’t enough, the smiling faces bring enough sunshine for every cloudy day. The Big Fake Wedding Seattle wrapped up everything that is good about this city in a pretty little package that our guests got to slowly unwrap as the night went on. Oh, and did we mention it was at The Space Needle?! Inspiration

Fair Isle is a tiny little island off the Northern Coast of Scotland. It’s known for two things: a bird observatory and the way they knit. Imagine a rugged little scrap of land, beaten by waves but never surrendering. Mostly wild, green, and home to a simple life. There are plenty of beautiful Scottish wedding traditions to pull inspiration from, but our Seattle vendors were encouraged to spend a little time thinking about knitted textures and fair isle imagery – like pines, diamonds, and snowflakes.
