What is the best part of your job?
Constantly delighting customers with our customer service and the way rentals can transform a party be it for 10 people or 200. Hearing our clients are happy with our on time deliveries, tip top equipment, punctuality and flexibility. Making every client event special whether it’s a surprise proposal or a full blown wedding.
Describe a highlight or pivotal moment in your career.
The moment I realized we could meet an unmet need in the New Orleans/South Louisiana area – by creating a party rental business run with first-class customer service, at an affordable price point for all parties and events, large and small.
What advice would you give to aspiring small business owners?
Dream up the best customer service experience that you would like to have and then provide it.
