Tell us a little bit about the story of SPiN DJ Entertainment.
We are a group of DJ’s that specialize in wedding events and carry a reputation for having a very high level of customer service. I think this is due to the fact that a lot of us play multiple roles. We are not just DJ’s, but most of us are also photographers and videographers. Therefore, when we run events, we take into consideration those roles as well, and always make a point to incorporate them into the events that require those services. Most couples rely on planners or coordinators to fulfill this role, but we take on that role when we can and enjoy doing it.
What is the best part of your job?
Meeting people! We have met so many unique couples and have grown personal relationships with a lot of them. We are honored and humbled that we get to be a part of their wedding day. A lot of brides have planned this day out for years, and it means so much to us that we get to be the company that kick starts the party!
Describe a highlight or pivotal moment in your career.
This would definitely have to be when I transitioned from being a club/bar DJ to a private event DJ. The night life is great when you’re young and full of energy, but I’m glad I am in the wedding industry and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I love being off Sunday through Thursday! Haha.
Who is your hero and why?
I don’t really have one person in my life that I would call a hero. Instead, I got a great group of family members and friends that mean the world to me. Heroes will come and go, but my family and friends are everything to me.

What is your favorite part of The Big Fake Wedding experience?
So many things! 1) I hosted the 1st Big Fake Wedding in D-town! Boo-yah! 2) I met a lot of great vendors 3) I had tons of fun being a part of this unique show.
