Passionate about telling visual stories.
What’s the biggest risk you’ve taken?
Turning a passion into a vocation can be risky at times. Putting the sweat equity into LaCross Photography has been a huge challenge but it is what I love to do. I’m hopeful the time and effort will be worthwhile.
Who or what inspires you?
My wife inspires me. She stays at home with our two sons, home-schools and writes an amazing blog. I’m constantly blown away at how hard she works for our family. Having her support pushes me to be better husband, a better father and a better photographer.
If you weren’t a photographer, what would you be?
I’d be an astronaut. Put me on the next flight to the moon! When I was a kid, my bedroom was wallpapered with glow-in-the-dark space shuttles and planets. I’ve always been obsessed with space travel and exploration.
What is your favorite part of The NotWedding experience?
My favorite part of the NotWedding was the relational aspect of interacting with other vendors. You learn so much more about people and the time is more meaningful when spent working together for a common goal. It was exciting to watch all of the vendors do their thing and I hope for opportunities to work with them in the future.
