The streets of Manhattan, a private dinner for two, a couple in love, a precious little musician and a surprise proposal. It almost sounds too good to be true and if you look closely enough, you can almost hear the accordion playing. Denise of Modern Wedding Photography captured it all so well – it leaves us wishing this was us. And this is just the beginning – all of this and so much more to come from our talented vendors at the 3rd NYC NotWedding on September 23rd.
“I thought it would be fun to do a surprise romantic dinner on the street. My husband is really getting into cooking these days so that might have been a little subconscious inspiration. I’m also a big fan of Bon Appetit Magazine. I love how they tell stories about the food they are featuring. One of my favorite places to shoot are the streets of NYC, especially Manhattan. You see the old timers playing cards on the street in the outer boroughs all the time, but not too many Manhattanites doing a DIY dinner by the hydrant.”
