What is the happiest part of your day?
Hanging out with my husband in the evenings (Hi, Jeffery!). I love sharing about our days, reading the Bible together, and dreaming about our future.
What are you most proud of?
Taking a huge leap of faith and starting a creative business that I’m extremely passionate about. I’m so grateful that I can do what I love daily. It’s been a wild ride so far, but I love every single minute of it – from consultations with sweet brides, to the final set-up at the venue and everything in between!
List three of your favorite small businesses + why they are on your list.
Southern Weddings – I love the celebration of marriage that’s evident in every blog post and in the pages of the magazine.
Born Majestic – Majesty Timberlake is one of the sweetest people that you will ever meet and she has a killer fashion sense. I’ve loved watching her boutique evolve over the years.
Nancy Ray Photography – I’ve been absolutely smitten with the images that the experts at Nancy Ray Photography capture. Before Callie took our engagement photos, I knew that Jeffery and I would cherish those images for ever. She proved me right the minute I opened our photos!
What is your favorite part of The NotWedding experience?
Connecting with so many talented individuals who are passionate about their careers has been inspirational. It was awesome collaborating with people for the styled shoot and seeing how they brought the inspiration board to life. Plus, seeing everyone in action really made me appreciate their roles in creating a truly magical day even more.
