Introducing Megan + Christian
This save the date shoot from ME Photography delicately embraces the tension between romance and drama as the vendor team took Megan and Christian to another reality – whimsical, windswept and passionate. All of these elements coupled with the picturesque setting makes the couple seem like they are characters in a classic novel; the white dove release is just icing on that cake. Symbolizing love, peace, happiness and prosperity, the dove represents qualities of a solid and committed marriage.
We will be celebrating Megan and Christian as they renew their vows and tie the NOT at the very first Portland NotWedding on October 22nd at the Barn at Flanagan Farm. We invite you to join us for the party – tickets are available for purchase online here.
“My team of vendors and I were driven to create an overall look and style for this shoot that was inspired by Wuthering Heights. With the leadership of our event coordinator and designer, Adrienne Horty, we found the perfect location for our shoot: Beech Hill Preserve in Rockport, ME. Together we climbed to the hilltop and found ourselves at the quaint Beech Nut, which resembles the isolated countryside of “Wuthering Heights.” Additionally, we wanted our bride and groom to embody this theme. It was romantic and whimsical, yet dramatic and unique.”
